As a successful business owner for twenty-Five years, Rick is experienced in finance, risk management, business analysis, changing markets, HR, client services, marketing, business management changes and ownership transitioning and advanced charitable-giving.
Under his leadership during those years Rick built a company with a client list including IBM, AT&T, Regions Bank, U.S. Federal Reserve Bank, U.S. Missile Defense Command, Daimler-Benz, and General Electric (less than 10% annual attrition). Rick’s company provided transportation, logistics and project management services in 50 states and on six of the world’s seven continents.
After serving as President of his business for sixteen years, it was time for a next chapter and a change in his personal life - including moving his career further towards his passion for helping fellow established businesses, business owners, often the business owner’s family and ideas around charitable giving.
Performing comprehensive business analysis services and recommendations for improving results for business owners from Denver to Long Island and Miami to Milwaukee Rick further expanded his understanding of managerial accounting and financial performance metrics, capital expenditure, risk analysis, real estate, inventory levels, logistics, quality, customer experience, sales, and marketing in many forms of business structure within various industries.
